Common Issues

Can't connect to camera?

  • Verify phone and camera are on same WiFi network
  • Check RTSP URL format is correct
  • Verify username and password
  • Test URL in VLC media player first
  • See FAQ for more solutions

Video is laggy?

  • Move closer to WiFi router
  • Use 5GHz WiFi instead of 2.4GHz
  • Reduce camera resolution to 720p
  • Use low resolution stream (stream2)

AI not detecting bullet holes?

  • Use high-contrast targets (white paper with dark bullet holes)
  • Ensure good lighting on target
  • Use 1080p or higher camera
  • Keep camera stable
  • Frame target to fill most of view
